Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2lb. 10x sugar
1 stick of butter
8 oz. cream cheese
24oz. creamy peanut butter
1 lb. milk chocolate for dipping.

Directions:
Directions:
Let butter and cheese come to room temperature, then blend the 2 together, then slowly add sugar. After well blended, add the peanut butter and blend well. Roll what ever size balls you prefer, and put on waxed paper, cover and chill in the fridg. for several hours or overnight. When you are ready to dip the balls, melt your choclate and dip the chilled balls in the chocolate. Place on waxed paper to set the choc. My personal choices for ingredients are Domino10x, Skippy or Peter Pan PB, Land of Lakes butter, and Philadelphia cream cheese, but you can use what ever you like.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Everyone enjoys these. You can also use the same ingredients to make other candy, subsitute other flavoring for the peanut butter, use 1 cup shredded coconut, or vanilla flavoring, or peppermint, etc.
