Quick Ham Glaze: Place 1 cup brown sugar in sieve and shake over ham.

Brown Sugar Glaze: Combine in saucepan and cook over medium flame (225-250°) 1 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp. mustard, ½ cup , ½ cup vinegar and ¾ cup water. Makes approx. 1 cup.

No-Mix Glaze: Whole or jellied cranberry sauce; juice from pickled peaches or crabapples; apricot or citrus marmalade; honey or molasses; currant or crabapple jelly; blended with a little hot water.
