Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Stick Butter
4 Cans Minced Clams Drained (save juice)
3 Cans Cream of Potato Soup
2 Cans New England Clam Chowder
1 qt. Half and Half
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, saute onion in butter until soft. Add clams. In a large baking pot, mix the soups and the half and half and the salt and pepper. Add the sauteed mixture to the baking pot of soups and stir well.

Bake in a 200º oven for 4 hours, stirring once or twice. If too thick, add the remaining clam juice.

I have also made this recipe in a crock pot. Works just as well and tastes wonderful. Just place soup mixture with the sauteed items in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.
