1 large fryer chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery.
1/4 cup chopped pimentos
1 sm. can of mushrooms (optional)
3 cups (sm.pkg.) noodles or spaghetti
Chicken broth
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup

Directions:
Boil and bone a large fryer chicken. Save broth. Saute onion, green pepper and celery. Add pimentos and mushrooms (optional).

Cook noodles or spaghetti in chicken broth; add water if needed. Drain when done if too much liquid remains. Mix chicken and vegetables into noodles or spaghetti. Stir in one can undiluted soup. Pour into baking dish. Top with
crushed potato chips. Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 minutes.
