3 cups fresh blood orange juice (approximately 10 oranges) or store bought
1/3 cup Grand Marnier or Cointreau
1 tablespoon + one teaspoon sugar, preferably caster
1 bottle Prosecco, chilled well

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the first three ingredients in a two-quart pitcher until sugar is dissolved. Chill until cold, about one hour, up to 1 day if made ahead. Divide among eight glasses. Slowly pour in Prosecco, stirring slightly to combine.
