Ingredients:	Ingredients: Round steak Paprika 2 garlic cloves 1 1/2 cups beef broth Sliced onions, green peppers, mushrooms 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1/4 cup water Soya sauce 2 large tomatoes

Directions:	Directions: Cut round steak into strips and sprinkle with paprika. Brown meat in skillet. Add garlic & broth. Simmer until cooked. Add onions, pepper, mushrooms cornstarch water and soya sauce. Cook until thickened Add tomatoes and cook until vegetables are tender. Serve with rice.
