2 Prebaked pie crusts
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks
4 cups milk
4 Tbsp. butter or marg.
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl mix peanut butter and powdered sugar with pastry blender.
Take out 4 Tbsp. of peanut butter mixture and set aside.
Divide the rest equally between pie crusts and cover bottom of pie crusts.
In 2 qt. microwave safe dish mix, cornstarch, flour, sugar and salt.
With wire whip blend in egg yolks and 1 cup of the milk.
In small sauce pan scald remaining 3 cups of milk, then add to mixture with whip.
Cook in microwave on high, stirring every 2 or 3 mins. until thick.
Time varies between microwaves.
Stir in butter or marg. until melted and well blended then stir in vanilla.
Pour into pie crusts lined with peanut butter mixture.
Allow to cool completely then cover with film wrap and refrigerate until completely cold.
When ready to serve, mound with whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining peanut butter mixture.

NOTE: You may use graham cracker crusts if you prefer. The Oreo crusts give it a different flare also.
