5 C. All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
2 C. Butter softened
4 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Chopped Pecans
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans. Blend well with mixer. Stir in pecans and mix thoroughly.

Shape rounded teaspoon of dough into balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes. DO NOT BROWN.

While warm, roll in additional powdered sugar.
