Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Large box of lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-UP
3 bananas, sliced
2 c. mini marshmallows
Large can of crushed pineapples (remember to save the juice)
2 T. flour
2 T. melted butter
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the jello and 2 cups boiling water. Pour into rectangular pan and let cool until not quite set up. Once the jello is cooled (but not set), mix onto the soft jello mixture the 7-UP, bananas, marshmallows, pineapple (drained and juice set aside). Place in refrigerator until set.

TOPPING -
Place reserved juice, flour, butter, egg and sugar into a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir continuously until thick. Refrigerate until completely cool. WHIPPED TOPPING -
Whip whipping cream with whisk until stiff then fold together with pineapple mixture and grated cheddar and spread over jello mixture. Sprinkle with Kraft Paremesan Cheese.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I actually use cool whip instead of whipping cream now; its a tad easier & my preference is the taste of the mixture with the cool whip. If using cool whip, add enough to your taste - you kind of have to make it once with the whipping cream so you know the taste & consistency you are looking for. My kids love the topping part the best so I actually now also double what you usually use for the Topping. If you want to do that you have to get 2 cans of crushed pineapple BUT only use the juice from the second can, not the pineapple.
