4 1/4 tsp yeast
2 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
6 cups flour
1 egg
1/4 cup shortening, softened
1 Tbsp orange peel grated
Filling:
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
1-2 Tbsp orange peel, grated
Icing:
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, softened
4 Tbsp orange juice
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt, and half of the flour. Beat thoroughly for 2 minutes. Add egg and shortening. gradually beat in remaining flour until smooth. Add orange peel. Cover with a damp cloth and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours up to 1 week. When desired, roll out dough and spread with melted butter. Mix sugar and orange peel and sprinkle over butter. Roll up jelly roll style and cut into slices. Place cut side down on a greased pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. For icing, combine ingredients until very smooth. Frost rolls when cool.
