3 c. sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butternut flavoring
2 eggs, beaten

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 stick melted margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients and place in baking dish.
Mix the first 2 ingredients for topping then add the melted margarine and place on top of the sweet potato mixture.

Bake 30 min. at 350º
