Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 stick of butter, unsalted 2/3 cup sugar 1 large egg Zest of one orange 1 tbsp. orange flavored liquor 1 3.4 cup sifted flour 1 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt ½ cup graded semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:	Directions: 1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Beat in egg, liquor, and zest. Mix until smooth. 3. Sift dry ingredients together. 4. Slowly add butter mixture. 5. Beat in chocolate 6. Chill dough for several hours. 7. Heat oven to 325F. 8. Roll out dough ¼ inch thick and cut into desired shape 9. Bake for 15 minutes and cool on wire racks
