½ cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas (about 3)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¾ tsp. salt
½ cup sour milk
1 cup finely chopped dates (use blender to chop up very small)
½ cup finely chopped nuts, walnuts (use blender to chop up very small)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream sugar and butter until creamy.
2. Add eggs, vanilla, milk, dates, nuts, and bananas. Mix to combine.
3. Add milk and mix to combine.
4. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and combine to wet ingredients.
5. Pour into 9 inch bundt pan.
6. Bake at 350F for 55-60 minutes.
