1/2 c butter, softened
1/2 c canola oil
1 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
2 c zucchini, grated
2 1/2 c flour
1/4 c cocoa
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 c buttermilk
3/4 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and oil until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla, then zucchini. Blend together dry ingredients flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Alternating, add half dry ingredients, buttermilk, then other half dry ingredients, mixing between. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
