1 medium cut-up chicken (or heart-shaped chicken breasts)
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted (1 stick)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and garlic. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs. Put pieces in baking pan, so they do not touch. Sprinkle
rest of crumbs and butter on chicken. Bake at 375° for 45-60 minutes or until chicken is tender. Do not tum chicken.
