2 c. All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 c. Sugar
16 tbsp. Margarine (2 Sticks)
2 tbsp. Cocoa
1 c. Water
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Icing:
8 tbsp. Margarine (1 Stick)
4 tbsp. Cocoa
6 tbsp. Buttermilk
1 lb. Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Sift together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add sugar and set aside. Bring margarine, cocoa, and water to a boil. Pour over flour mixture and stir. Beat in egg, buttermilk, and vanilla. Grease and flour a jelly roll pan. Pour batter in pan evenly, bake for 15-20 minutes. Make icing while cake is baking.

Icing: Bring margarine and cocoa to a bubble. Remove from heat and add buttermilk and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Pour over cake while cake is still warm. Let both cake and icing cool before serving.
