3 - 4 pork tenderloins (each about 1 1/2 lbs)
1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
1/2 cup rye whiskey or bourbon
4 tbsp. brown sugar
Dijon mustard
Toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Trim and clean tenderloins and marinate in a mixture of the soy sauce, whisky and sugar for 2 - 3 hours. Drain, (reserve marinade) rub tenderloins with a little Dijon mustard and roll in
toasted sesame seeds to coat well.

Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, basting with reserved marinade from time to time.

To serve, slice thinly on the diagonal and serve with Mustard Sauce (see below)

Mustard Sauce:
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 tbsp. chopped green onions
Juice of 1/2 lemon
pepper to taste
Blend well together.This can be made 1 day ahead.
