3 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2-3 tsp. grated orange peel
2 c. white chocolate chips (or 16 oz. Wilbur's white chocolate mini chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine flour, soda and salt. Cream together butter and sugars until creamy. Beat in egg and orange peel. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in morsels.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
