Potatoes
1/2 stick Margarine
1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Potatoes into wedges(peeled or not)
Mix dry ingredients and cheese and put in ziploc bag
Put a few wedges at a time in the bag and coat well
Melt Margarine in shallow baking dish
Place coated wedges in baking dish
Bake for 30 min. @ 400º
Turn Potatoes after 15 min.

You can save the shaker mix for later use if any is left. Store in freezer
