2 lbs stew meat or cubed beef
1 20 oz can mild red enchilada sauce
2 beef bullion cubes
1/2 can refried beans
5-7 large flour tortillas
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add beef, bullion cubes and enchilada sauce into crock pot cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low. Heat refried beans. Preheat oven to 375 º. Lightly grease 13X9 baking dish, lay out tortillas onto flat surface, place a thin layer of beans on center of tortillas and add about 1/2 cup of meat mixture with slotted spoon. Fold the sides of burrito then roll. Place burrito seam side down in pan. Spoon remaining sauce over burritos top with shredded cheese bake for 15-20 mins or until cheese has melted and burritos are heated through.
