2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. olive oil
4-6 garlic cloves
1 med. onion chopped
2 32 oz. boxes of chicken broth
2 whole chicken breasts
2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
6 carrots, pealed
2 stalks of celery, chopped
3 tbs. coarsely ground black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 lb. prepared farfalle pasta (bow tie pasta)

Directions:
In a large pot over medium heat melt 1 tsp. butter and olive oil. Add garlic an onions and saute until onions are clear. Add chicken broth. Chop chicken breasts into 1" cubes and add to pot. Add mushrooms, carrots, celery, pepper and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 min. 5 minutes before serving, add remaining butter, oregano and basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over noodles.
