1 medium to large butternut squash
1 Tsp Butter
2-3 Tsp Sour Cream
Salt n Peppa
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop the squash into chunks– take all seeds out.

Boil like you would boil for mashed potatoes

Drain, and mash with butter salt, pep and sour cream.
