Directions:
Par boil cabbage whole in a big pot, take out and let cool
Pre heat oven to 375

In a bowl mix the uncooked rice, finely chopped onion and ground beef and salt n pepper together
Tear off cabbage leaves and put a dollop of the meat mixture and wrap up like a burrito – WRAP tightly!
Place rolls in a baking dish
Cover rolls with canned diced tomatoes until covered

Add the sugar and lemon juice (I don’t know how much – my mom does it without measuring?)
Add some water… not too much
Bake in the oven for an hour and a 1/2

Mix together some cornstarch and COLD water in a cup
Take cabbage rolls out of the oven and add the cornstarch all over the rolls and gently mix without moving the rolls all around… It will now thicken… keep adding a Tsp. of cornstarch and ¼ cup of water at a time until desired thickness.
Put back in the oven for about 10 mins
Serve with mashed potatoes and veggies YUM YUM
