2 tbl spoon veg oil
1 pound meat beef
4/5 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup parm cheese
1/3 cup tomato sauce
Salt / pepper
1 tbl spoon basil fresh if possible
1 tbl spoon oregano - fresh if possible
2 tbl spoon minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Take a large sauce pan heat oil .

Place bread in a small pan - add enough water to soak bread .( sometimes I just take the bread and quickly run it under the tap to save another dish ) Take bread out and squeeze almost all of the water out with hands . Break it up and place in bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Mix thoroughly with hands until all ingredients blend well. ( don't slouch on this )

Reduce temp to low/med , place meatballs in pan and cover

Flip over after 3-4 min.

Once cooked place on plate with paper towel to soak up excess oil

Once your noodles drop place meatballs in tomato sauce and simmer
