Ingredients:
Oreo Cookie Crumbs
Butter
Mini dark chocolate chips
1 box Mint Chocolate chip ice cream
Low fat cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
You will need a fluted french tart pan, or you can use a pie pan - but it will be harder to remove if you want to present it on a pie plate.

Follow the instructions on the Oreo box to make the pie shell. You will need the cookie crumbs and butter for this step.

Once made, place in the freezer to harden. (At least a 1/2 hour)

It's best to not have hard as hell ice cream... Take out and let soften enough that you can mix it.

In a mixer, mix together 1/2 the box of ice cream and 1/2 the container of cool whip.

Mix the mini chocolate chips in until equally blended.

Try to do this quickly - you're not making minty surprise soup!

Once blended take out the pie shell, and scrape all of the ice cream mixture into the pie shell. Smooth the top all pretty looking and sprinkle a small handful of chocolate chips over the top.

Place back in the freezer until firm.

When you are ready to serve, take out of the fluted pan, and watch for everyone ooooo and ahhhh and beg for the 1st piece!
