3 or 4 overly ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mash bananas in large bowl. Mix melted butter into mashed bananas

2) Mix in the sugars, egg, and vanilla.

3) Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and stir.

4) Add flour a bit at a time while stirring.

5) Add chopped walnuts and stir.

6) Pour mixture into a buttered loaf pan.

7) Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until a toothpick comes out clean from center of loaf. (will be deep golden brown)

8) Slice and serve.
