Montreal Steak seasoning (optional)
BBQ Sauce (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º.
Season the ribs on both sides and place on a roasting tray (i put a cooling rack over a cookie sheet) and pour about 1/3" water in the base, so its not touching the meat. Cover tightly with tinfoil and cook for 2-3 hrs if you have the time.
Remove from oven and spread ribs with BBQ sauce. You can now drain the water from the bottom of the pan and cook the ribs for another 20 - 30 minuntes, turning and brushing on more BBQ sauce.

Better yet, throw them on the Barby for 20 minutes, turning often and re-applying the sauce.

This is a no-fail way to have great, tender ribs everyting. Madame Benoit always said NOT to boil meat as it toughens it up.
