2 Tablespoons butter or Crisco
2 eggs
Farina
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix the soft butter, salt and the 2 eggs well.

2) Add farina 1/4 cup at a time till you have a dumpling dough consistency.

3) If needed, add a little soup for moisture.

4) When the soup boils, cut the dumplings into the soup with a tablespoon.
*Scoop some dough onto the side of a tablespoon, use another tablespoon the slide the dough off into the soup.

5) When they come to the top, cook about 5 minutes more
