Roll Dough:
˝ c warm water
˝ c butter, melted
2 pkgs dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
2 TBSP sugar
1 tsp salt
1 box (3.5 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
8 c bread flour

For the filling:
˝ c melted butter
1.5 c brown sugar
2 TBSP cinnamon

Frosting:
8 oz softened cream cheese
3 c powdered sugar
˝ c margarine, softened
About 1 TBSP milk, just enough to fluff
1 tsp vanilla

1. In small bowl, combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir until dissolved.
2.In a large bowl, take the pudding mix and prepare according to package directions.
3.Add margarine, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
4.Then add the yeast mixture. Blend
5.Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
6.Place in a very large greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled.
7.Punch down and let rise again.
8.Then roll out on lightly floured surface to 34” x 21” size.
9.Take ˝ c melted butter (filling part) and spread over the surface.
10.Combine the brown sugar and the cinnamon (filling part)
11.Sprinkle all over top of surface.
12.Roll up very tightly.
13.With a knife, put a notch every 2 inches.
14.With a sharp knife or thread, cut roll into pieces. (The thread makes nice clean cuts)
15.Place on greased baking pan 2” apart.
16.Take hand and lightly press down roll. (Just a little—it helps hold it together)
17.Cover and let rise until doubled again.
18.Bake at 350 ° for 15-20 minutes. Do not over bake.
19.Take then out when they start to turn golden brown.
20.Frost warm rolls

Frosting:
Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Spread on very warm rolls.

(Note: You can make these the night before. Mix up the recipe and let it rise once. Punch down and cover for the second rising, putting in the refrigerator overnight to slowly rise. In the morning, let it complete rising, roll it out and finish it up. They also freeze well and can be warmed up in the microwave nicely!)

This has been a family favorite for many years. Supposedly, it is the same recipe made by the Cinnabon company.
