3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
cinnamon/sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Measure flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda into a sifter.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour mixture into the creamed mixture adding alternately with sour cream. Blend well to make a thick batter.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 4 " apart on a greased cookie sheet. Spread into 2 inch rounds with a wet finger. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or unitl golden at the edges.
Cool on wire racks.
