1 PKG STOVE TOP STUFFING FOR CHICKEN
1 LB EXTRA LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR
2 THINLY SLICED GREEN ONIONS
1/2 CUP BARBECUE SAUCE
1 TBSP BROWN SUGAR

HEAT OVEN TO 377 DEG F. ADD HOT WATER TO STUFFING MIX IN A LARGE BOWL. STIR UNTIL JUST MOISTENED. ADD MEAT, CHEESE, ONIONS AND 1/8 CUP BARBEQUE SAUCE. MIX WELL. PRESS INTO 12 MUFFIN CUPS SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY. BAKE 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE, BRUSHING WITH COMBINED BARBECUE SAUCE AND SUGAR FOR THE LAST 10 MINUTES. SERVE WITH HOT BABY CARROTS AND NEW POTATOES.
