1 lb. butter
2 eggs
3 c. sugar
4 c. flour
cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add flour 1 cup at a time. Chill dough.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookies sheets. Flatten slightly with a fork. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
