1 lb. Ground beef, lean
2 cups frozen hash browns
2 T chopped onion, or onion powder
salt
pepper
Provolone Cheese or your choice
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger in large skillet, season with onion, salt and pepper to taste.. Add frozen hash browns, cook , until hash browns are golden colored. Place cheese on top for 1-2 minutes.
