2 lbs. stewing meat
15 oz. can of corn (or frozen corn)
15 oz. can of green beans (or frozen)
2 cups chopped carrorts (or frozen)
1 lb. bag frozen peas
1 onion (sliced/chopped)
40 oz can stewed tomatoes
5 beef bullion cubes
2 tsp. salt
Tabasco to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in crock pot/slow cooker. Not necessary to drain veggies
Add water to fill cooker to within 3" of top
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, until veggies soft and meat tender.
