2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt & pepper
12 pork cutlets( about 1 1/2 pound)
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 small granny smith, halved
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 cup parsley
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and bake 40 minutes.

In shallow bowl combine flour,cumin,salt,pepper.Mix well, coat each pork cutlet with this mixture,set aside.

Heat oil and butter in large pan over medium heat. Put pork cutlets in pan to brown on both sides, about 5 mins. per side.

Put the apples in same pan used for pork cutlets.Sprinkle apples with salt & pepper and cook. Cut side down until golden brown or for about 3-5 minutes.

Add broth and vinegar to pan. Stir in parsley simmer for about 5 minutes .

Now that both cutlets and apples are brown put in baking dish.Pour liquid over baking dish.
