4 eggs well beaten
1 c. brown sugar
3 T. sour cream
1 lb box white raisins
1 pound candied pineapple
1 pound candied cherries
1 1/2 pounds pecans
3 c. flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
4 ounces Bourbon
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease baking sheet. Cut in fruit and nuts and dredge well in 1 cup of flour. Beat sugar, eggs, margarine, soda, spices, Bourbon, vanilla, and sour cream. Add remaining 2 cups of flour. Add to fruits and nuts. The batter will be very stiff. Drop by teaspoons on baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until done. Do not let them get too brown. Store in cloth soaked lightly in wine. ( I use the Bourbon myself) in covered tin container. These do not last long !!! Servings: 5-6 dozen cookies
