1 lb. top round steak (approx. 1 inch thick), trimmed
1 cup chopped shallots (or onions)
2 T chopped parsley
2 T Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 (8 oz) package sliced mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, minced - or 1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup flour
1 cup fat-free, lower sodium beef broth
1 (8 oz.) container low fat sour cream
1 package cooked egg noodles

1. Cut steak into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place steak and next 8 ingredients (through garlic) into slow cooker. Stir well

2. Place flour in small bowl, gradually add broth, stirring with whisk until well blended. Add broth mixture to slow cooker, stir well. Cover with lid and cook on high setting for 1 hour. Reduce to low heat and cook 6-7 hours or until steak is tender. Turn off slow cooker and let stand 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over egg nooodles
