9 lasagna noodles
½ lb ground chuck
2 24 oz. jars spaghetti sauce
1½ lb. cottage cheese
3 eggs
¾ c. parmesan cheese
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. chopped parsley
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Cook noodles as directed on package
3) Drain and set aside
4) Mix cottage cheese, eggs, ½ cup parmesan cheese, pepper and parsley; set aside
5) Brown ground chuck and add to spaghetti sauce
6) In a 9” x 13” greased pan, layer as follows:
7) 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce
8) Noodles
9) 1/3 of spaghetti sauce
10) Noodles
11) All of cottage cheese mixture
12) Noodles
13) Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top
14) Cover with remaining spaghetti sauce
15) Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top
16) Cover with aluminum foil
17) Bake 40-minutes
18) Remove foil
19) Bake an additional 10 minutes
20) Remove from oven and let cool 30 minutes
21) Cut into serving portions and serve
