1 Pound sea scallops
1 can Campells Cream of Shrimp soup
2 Tbs sherry (may substitute white wine)
½ stick butter
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ tsp chopped parsley flakes
Lemon wedges
Preheat oven 350

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse scallops, then drain
2. Mix scallops, soup, sherry
3. Pour into greased shallow baking dish
4. Bake for 20-minutes
5. Melt butter and combine with crackers, parsley and cheese
6. Sprinkle mixture on top of scallops
7. Bake 10-minutes
8. Serve with lemon wedges
