28 caramels
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. water
1 can chow mein noodles
1 cup peanut halves
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels, butter and water in saucepan over low heat, stirring until sauce is smooth. Add noodles and peanuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Melt chocolate with milk, stirring until blended. Top "haystacks" with melted chocolate and let cool.
