2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 c. butter or margerine, melted
2 c. cranberries, coarsely chopped or halved
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Combine orange juice, rind, egg and mented butter or margerine. Add to dry ingredients and mix only until flour mixture is moistened. Carefully fold in cranberries and chopped nuts. Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 oven for 1 hour.
