1 lb. hamburger meat
8 slices bacon
1 chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can white butter beans, drained
1 can baby lima beans, drained
1 can pork & beans in tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained

1 Tblsp. mustard
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet and remove. Add onion and garlic to grease in skillet and saute until tender, then drain off grease and mix in meat. In large bowl mix all ingredients except bacon. Pour into 2 casserole dishes and top with 4 strips bacon on each. Bake at 375 until bacon is cooked. (This can also be cooked in a crockpot. Just cook the meat and bacon before adding to the pot.) Up north they take this dish to the home of the deceased after a funeral. In the south we take casseroles to almost any function!
