1 lb lasagna noodles
2 1/2 lb hamburger
2 1/2 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 large onion (finely chopped)
pepper to taste
1 pkg Lawry's Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1 small can tomato paste
8 ox can tomato sauce
1 1/2 C water
12 oz pkg mozzarella cheese
16 oz carton cottage cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles about 10 minutes and set aside in cool water so they don't stick. In large skillet brown beef, seasoned salt, garlic salt onion and pepper. Drain off grease, then add the spaghetti mix, tomato paste, and sauce and water. Simmer about 30 minutes.

Grease a 13 x 9 casserole dish. layer lasagna noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and then repeat. I try for 3 to 4 layers, it varies with the noodles used.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour or microwave at level 7 for 12 to 15 minutes rotating glass dish every 3 - 4 minutes.

This is Aunt Jane Majorick's recipe and one that mom uses too. Once you have tasted this Lasagna, it is really hard to find Lasagna any better.
