Directions:
Directions:
Pick green beans or buy at the market. Look out for bug bites. Break to 1-1 1/2 inches. Wash beans until the water is clean and clear, usually 3 times. Put beans in a dish pan of hot water and cook until they change color. Pack in jar and put flats and rings on. Put in pressure cooker and put lid on. Pressure cook on 10lbs pressure for 20 minutes for pint jars, or 10 lbs. pressure for 25 minutes for quart jars. (If cooker is old, it will have a gauge on it. You will leave the cockpit off until the steam coming out is hot. Put cockpit on and watch for the pressure to go up. Start on high, then as it reaches 10 lbs. pressure, you can turn it down, I wait until it gets on 11 lbs. pressure and turn down.)
