16 oz bag of frozen broccoli, carrots, & cauliflower combination (thawed and drained)
1 10 3/4 oz can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
1 C shredded Swiss Cheese
1/3 C sour cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 C cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 of the onions. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.

Mom gave me this recipe, she use to make it quite often when we were in Omaha. It is even good warmed up in the microwave as a left over.
