1 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. sea salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup safflower oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. molasses
1/2 cup Craisins
1/3 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix in wet ingredients, then stir in craisins and nuts. With your hands, form tablespoon size balls and place on sheet. Bake 10 min. or until lightly browned. Halfway through baking, lightly press top of cookies down with spoon. When done, let cool before removing from sheet.
