1 bag frozen apple slices - about 8 cups
1/4 C. water
1 1/2 C. Sugar
4 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in a large saucepan on the stove. Add water. In a separate bowl, add sugar and cornstarch. Add to saucepan. Stir until thick with high temperature and then medium. Put in pie crust and add butter and cinnamon on the top crust. Crimp. Makes a big 8-9" pie. Cook for 35 minutes or until light brown at 360º.
