Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box graham crackers
2 sticks salted butter
1 C brown sugar
2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 10 x 15” cookie sheet with heavy-duty foil. If you have a jelly roll pan, that’s perfect. If you don’t, turn the edges of the foil up.

Spray the foil with Pam. You want to be able to peel it off later after the cookies harden.

Cover the pan completely with a single layer of the crackers, breaking them to fit if you need to. Set aside while you cook the topping.

Combine the butter with the sugar in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil over medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Boil it for exactly 5 minutes, stirring constantly. If it sputters you can turn the heat down a bit. If it starts to lose the boil, turn up the heat. Just don’t stop stirring.

Pour the mixture over the graham crackers as evenly as you can – it will spread out a bit in the oven. Sprinkle the salted nuts over the top.

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Give the chips a minute or two to melt and then spread them out as evenly as you can with a heat-resistant spatula or frosting knife.

Personal Notes:
The Chocolate and Vanilla Crack are things I only make when I am taking them to a gathering because they are as addictive as they say crack (the drug) is and I cannot stay out of them. (besides, the name is just too much fun!)
