E-Z Brownies
5 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 1/2 cups sugar
1tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup cocoa
1 tsp coffee mixed in a drop of water (optional)
1/2 tsp mint extract

E-Z (est) Chocolate Frosting
1 bag chocolate chips
1 carton of whipping cream

Directions:

For the E-Z Brownies:
mix all ingredients together with a mixer
pour into a 9X13 baking pan (well greased or lined with baking paper)
bake in 350° oven for about 25-30 minutes

For the E-Z (est) Chocolate Frosting:
Mix cream with chocolate chips in a pot over low heat until melted completely.
Let cool a bit.
Spread on cake.
If you spread the frosting while the cake is still hot from the oven, some of the frosting will seep into the cake, making a deliciously rich cake.
