1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 tsp salt
1 10oz. bag mini marshmallows
Chocolate frosting:
1 stick butter
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate in large microwave bowl. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa and salt together and slowly mix into butter mixture, along with eggs. Pour batter into a greased 10x15 pan and bake for 20 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows and pecans. Pour warm chocolate frosting over warm cake. Frosting: Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan and heat for about 2 min. Remove from heat and beat in vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
